DEPARTMENT OF STATISTICS AND COMPUTER APPLICATION
This department focuses on the use of statistical methods and computer technologies to analyze and solve problems in agriculture. It has one Computer Science Laboratory with 40 systems for the use of students.
The Department of Statistics& Computer Applications helps the students to acquire the conceptual, computational, and mathematical tools for quantifying uncertainty and making sense of complex data arising from many applications. One computer lab is established with 40 systems with internet facility to impart skills on computer analytical methods in the statistics and computer applications courses. Students access computer lab not only for their course but also for browsing, work related to Student Ready programme, projects, and assignments etc.
